Well, well, well
We still have no phone line! However, after I went up to my room, I saw something new, my modem was blinking! And it was not just due to the modem being turned on, but because it can detect the DSL Line and it has some activity! After seeing this, I checked our phone and guess what? ITS STILL DEAD!! But, to confirm, I turned on my desktop computer.. Lo and behold! INTERNET!!! Line restoration is not yet completely finished, but I'm okay without a phone as long as I have my DSL :D
Anyways, thats it for the happy news. Now for some bad one. Earlier, I went to Greenhils with my officemate, and decided to park on the rooftop. Me, being the normal 'driving' me, was semi-speeding on the parking area, which was an open parking area, meaning, no roof. It had just rained and guess what, the road was wet and slippery. So, with that, as I was trying to turn right, the car did not turn right, instead, it continued to slide forward. I stepped on the brakes but to no avail. Last chance was my handbrake/e-brake, but still, nothing happened. I just went "shit" then BANG. My car went up the stupid island/gutter. External damages? Yes. Bumper was semi-loose. Right front tire exploded and is beyond repair. Left tire is semi-damaged. Magwheels, left one is damaged, manageable, but damaged as well, right one, havent checked. Both front fenders were semi-disaligned. Internal damages? HELL YES! Radiator was moved, chassis was damaged, condenser was moved, its auxilary fan got chipped off, suspension is damaged as well. Headlights are all okay, clearance lights are all okay as well. Car is still running but without AC since the condenser was pushed inside, and its fan is damaged. Will be sending it to the repair shop tomorrow for estimate. Hope it doesnt cost more than 10,000.... That only means one thing. Goodbye Uncharted, DMC4, 2 Rows Radiator, JDM Evaporator.
