Does anyone have a Motorola flip phone? I have a Nokia currently, but it's crapping out, meaning the screen is getting pissy. No screen, no point. Therefore, I have to get a new phone and I am leaning toward the Motorola flip phones. Anyone have one that will care to say words for or against it (not the service, just the phone)....???? and which

Uh huh. Yesum. I have a Motorola flip phone. It's a StarTac. I haven't had really any problems with it. The antenna gets bent pretty easy. [That might be because I'm stupid and I sit on my phone alot though...] The replacement antenna is cheap. The phone I have is a pricey one I think. It's my mom's old phone so I'm not sure. Whatever you do DON'T get one of the solid body Moto phones with the diamond pattern around the face they're the crappiest phone on the planet. Of course I kinda dropped mine in the crapper...but the replacement broke really quick too without any help from me. It sounds like you're already attaced to flip phones though so eh, yeah nevermind.

Yes, so. Been awhile. How are you? I'm good. I'm trying desperately to watch Fischerspooner videos on the net but it's a slow bitch. Grrr. And I have a T1 line hooked up here from the school too. Must be a LOT of people on line or this it's my sister-in-law's twitchy Mac.

yeah it will definitely have to be one of the new flip phones they have out... but im not sure which ones the cingular place in columbia will have, since im not there to look... ugh a few more weeks and i can go see. mom said theyre too expensive though, but we'll see if we get cut a deal and i might split the cost with mom. who knows.

im BUSY. and hella tired lately. tonight after friends i have to force myself to write a show review or two and a cd review or two. ew. and scan a shitton of photos... and clean?! meep.

Who do you write reviews for? I know you had a cool job but my memory's about as bad as...eh, something that that can't remember anything.

I wish I had a job at all. I wouldn't mind writing reviews. Especially if it means I get to go to shows and get copies of any CD I'm supposed to review. I suppose it could get tiresome though because you don't exactly get to choose what you review right? I'd hate to get stuck writing about John Mayer and Outkast. >_< *gags*

haha well i write/do photography for my zine, allaboutthemusic.net. but its not paying, obviously... but, fuck, free shows/free cds works for me. im poor so i like that stuff *spoiled* but its hard to find TIME and ENERGY to write them when i have 982374 shows to go to PLUS school PLUS my real job! *falls asleep*

Aaww. *pats on head* You sound stressed out. I'll have to go to that site and read your stuff. Free shows and cds would work for me too. My whole CD collection met an untimely end earlier this year and I've been slowly rebuilding. It's mostly Radiohead now except for my Butch Walker [which I had to have] and some other randomness including my own crappy "demo". *shudders*
Sorry if I talk your leg off sending messages it's been so long since I've had consistant internet service that I've gone a little post-happy in the last week. *grins sheepishly and duct tapes mouth shut*

blaugh anyways yeah i only have one cd review up and honestly i didnt like the cd as much as i let on. i need to write another review for that publicist on a cd i got like 2 weeks ago but yeah too busy. i was gonna do that tonight but mary dragged me out to a movie hhehe aughhhhhhhhhh NO TIME to write reviews. dammit.
