The holiday that always reminds me of The Shaggs
Happy Halloween!
This was the best Halloween, possibly ever. The weather tonight was pleasant enough where we could comfortably talk around in just costumes (the kids) and sweatshirts (Carl and I). Elliot was really well-regulated and seemed to have fun trick-or-treating. Owen had a blast wearing Elliot's old lion costume and just running up and down the sidewalks with abandon. Compared to last year's hysteria-filled, candy-fueled tearfest, it was perfect.
And now heeeere we go into November! Man, 2007 went by fast.
