In other news...
I took part in the first round competition of the DDR tournement at Vaughan Road Academy.
I don't want to sound full of myself, but I completely trounced the guy who was going against me (I'd also like to take this opportunity to say that I don't get to say the word 'trounced' enough). Then again, it's kind of an empty victory because they just sorta picked him up because I got to the competition late because I have class during lunch hour.

In any case, I'm on to the second round, which is tomorrow! I saw some asian guys going up against each other, and they were amazing. It gave me warm fuzzy feelings to think that one of them would be eliminated from going against each other, though. I might have been able to do what they were doing--they were playing the version of DDR that I own, and I can do some, if not most, of the songs on Heavy difficulty.
But it was so nice! I finished and everyone was cheering me on because I did so well. That gave me warm fuzzies, too. :D
