Say Cheese

Be forewarned this is going to be a somewhat long post seeing as how I went home this weekend. I mean that I had roughly ten hours of solitary confinement in a car to think about things, more eventful things happen while I am home and I wasted a paragraph explaining why I was going to be long winded.

Friday night was Kimble’s send off party. A party that was really just a few people getting drunk. I mean really drunk. I got into a theology talk with Matilda, just to give an example of how drunk I was. I also apparently made some incoherent IM’s which I can’t remember fully. I went to sleep at 5. Nothing really important happened, but Kimble seemed to have had good time so that is all that matters.

Saturday I went and saw Mystic River with my Mom. It was an excellent movie. Later that night James, Matthew and I went to see Eurotrip. It was not quite a Mystic River caliber film but it had its moments. By moments i mean soft core lesbian scenes. Then we hung out at the diner as always.

Sunday I did nothing of any importance. So why waste time righting that? Beats the hell out of me.

Matthew and James are coming up to hang out next weekend. It is about dammed time.

Has anyone ever wondered how odd Velveeta is? Think about it most cheeses have existed for who know how long and are made by hundreds of different manufacturers. I can get sharp cheese from a dozen different brands. Why then does no one else know how to make Velveeta? Kraft has monopolized Velveeta cheese. To continue this thought, when are we going to get a new type of widely accepted cheese?

Here is the epitome of sad by the way, an 18 year old guy driving 5 hours to Massachusetts listening to the soundtrack from Rent while contemplating Cheese.
