The Dark Side
I've given into temptation and gone along with the masses and started a myspace account. I'l still be doing all my blogging here, but then again, it's not like I update that much (because I am a lazy, lazy man). I can't remember the url and at the moment myspace is down, so if you do feel like checking it out, just do a search by name for Ian McKellar. Some of the features there are quite good, but for blogging purposes, I'll stay right here thankyou very much.
Been a funny old week. I've been out in the sun all day every day this week, and am developing what is known in the Forces as The Squaddie Tan. You know the one, lovely brown face and arms, right up to the T-Shirt level, then crab white all over the rest of me. Delightful. I also enjoyed the firework show that Ma Nature put on for us last night. Did you see it? What a storm. I can never get enough of stuff like that, just sheer ferociousness in its purest form.
In other news, I will be dashing off to Cornwall sometime around the 7th of August and I can't wait!!!! I haven't caught any waves all year, and I need to get wet very soon. Good surf would be nice, but not essential. I will also be spending an inordinate amount of time at the bar in The Brendon Arms in Bude, oh you BETCHA!!!!
