Any opinions on Dix Hills?
We put an offer on a house in Dix Hills. The place is equidistant to both our jobs and nice too. Move-in condition and all that. A few minutes closer to our north shore friends, still westernly enough for my farmingdale friends.
If they accept the offer I hope congress gets done with the stim bill quickly, as that 15k would be a very nice thing to have.
