"And you've got to love this: Sarah Palin is an avid hunter. An avid hunter. A vice president who likes guns? Well, what could go wrong there?" --David Letterman
So, I think that everyone is entitled to some sort of harmless or irrational belief as long as it's not really hurting anyone. Mine? I'm convinced that the lump of matter we refer to as VP Dick Cheney is actually his stuffed corpse not a living breathing human being. Seriously. How often do you see Cheney doing something active? Usually he's like sitting in a chair and awkwardly waving one arm or something like that. Now one might attribute that to being old and/or republican but I like to think that it is someone up out of camera range moving his arm up and down with a string attached to his wrist. Remember the last time that Bush gave a state of the union address and Cheney and Pelosi were sitting behind him? Remember how Pelosi was kind of leaning away? That wasn't just distaste for what Bush was saying. That was her moving away from the overwhelming stench of a rotting VP.
Remember when Cheney shot someone? That was the second time that a sitting U.S. Vice President had shot a person, the first being the incident in which Aaron Burr shot and killed Alexander Hamilton during a duel. I'm pretty sure that this was one of his last acts as a living human.
