tomorrow is gonna rock! you know why?? BECAUSE I'M RENTING A HONDA JAZZ SCOOTER FOR THE DAY!!!
i'm soooooooooo excited, like, seriously. i get 24 hours with the beautiful baby, and it's gonna be sooo beautiful and sunny out! yessa! i get to rid around the city, i've got a bunch of errands to do... stuff to buy for my friend Rachel's birthday Friday night, as well as the baby shower we're throwing for my cousin on Saturday. i'm makin' Raspberry Cream Mini Cupcakes and a White Bean Dip with Baked Tortilla Chips! it's gonna be grrrrreat!
i also got a new LCD flat panel monitor yesterday for my mac mini! it's soooo nice. big and bright and skinny! actually my parents got it for me b/c the deal is after 1st year of college, i pay tuition and they the books. but since i bought like only 1 book (didn't wanna buy the others, it's useless and i got a B+ in that course anyways, both terms! lol), they agreed to buy the monitor as my books. it's for school, partly. i edit things on this comp!
aaaand to round it all up, i got new glasses today! i don't REALLY need them, it's the 2nd mildest prescription, but it'll help me driving at night and just make far away signs sharper and all that. it's a lil boost, is all. and if i'm really tired from staring at my brand new monitor b/c i'm editing for a long time (this fall will have lotsa that, that's for sure), it'll help my eyes.
spending, spending, spending... it's $65/day plus like $9 insurance for the scooter tomorrow. plus i need to buy all the ingredients for my two... dishes? (why can't i think of the proper word right now? maybe b/c i'm so excited for tomorrow yet it's late and i'm messed up rambling and writing everything that comes to mind. yeah, that must be it.) so yeah, long story short, a lot of money is spent this week!
THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA opens Friday!!! aaaahhh can't wait to see it!! but i don't know if i'll have time during opening weekend! perhaps Sunday night, we'll see! soon, fo'sho!!!
