i haven't updated in a looong time, so i'll touch on what's happened to me lately...
yesterday i went to see 13 Going On 30 w/ Rachel! i <3 Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo! they're so cute! JG rocks my world, too. she's so awesome from what i've seen and read -- both as an actor and a person. and she's in Vancouver right now shooting [in fact, i believe a guy from my Acting Prog is shooting w/ her today!] Elektra! aahh! anyways, if you haven't seen the movie, go. it's cute but also funny and there's lotsa nice clothes and it's got a good message.
today is my one day i'm not actually working this week. Sundays i never work b/c it's the one day i can always look forward to. but anyways, i actually accomplished a lot today, esp since i was feeling lazy at the start of the day. i got up around 10:30 and that was my lazy period... for lunch i made my own chicken/veggie soup concoction thingy. it had chicken chunks, a bit of ginger and garlic, salt, a bit of pepper, onions, carrots, celery, peas and a scrambled egg mixed in it. it was very tasty, considering i didn't have any chicken bones or any bouillon to enhance the flavour. go me! then i went to the post office to mail my headshot/resume to this Vancouver Movie Project and hopefully they'll call and cast me in something. or at least call for an audition. i hope! the open casting call said that Asians are esp encouraged to send in their package! then i finally got around to duplicating pics of Reshmi and i from when we made a gingerbread house back in december! yeah, it's about time, eh? i also bought a belated bday card for her bday... last month! my last stop today was Tom's Video to buy [at last]: Daredevil. now say what you want about this movie, but i loved it. it's so cool. i was in the mood to rent a movie so i got Chocolat before the GAME 7 OF THE STANELY CUP PLAYOFFS [hockey, girls, lol] was on tonight. i love that movie. i want that on dvd too!
i need a snack now then i'm gonna watch Chocolat! woo hoo go Lasse Hallstrom and Lena Olin! oh yeah, and some ppl named Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp, and Judi Dench... lol j/k they're awesome peeps too! Mmm... chocolate.
