OK so this is from the movie Bent in which Clive plays a gay man detained in a Nazi camp. He told the Nazis he was Jewish because that was not as bad as being gay (fucking Nazi shitheads). In this scene he makes love to the object of his affection without even touching him. I'll let the clip explain the rest. It is beautiful and hot at the same time - now I really have to see the entire movie.
