What happened? We were having one of our many "over-the-phone" conversations, and I decided "Ya know what, this is dumb. This girl clearly likes me, so I'm gonna bite the bullet, pray to God she doesn't turn out like all the rest, and go for it." And I'm VERY happy I did
What was the date you guys became a couple? Originally, June 16, 2004, but now we celebrate on Halloween

What do you remember about your first month together? We'd talk all the time, we were very PDA in front of people, mostly because the only time we hung out was in group function settings and what not. A few dates here and there, but mostly just group stuff

What are you learning from this person? Abby is showing me a lot in life that I was more of an observer of than one who experienced it. I'm learning that love doesn't have to be a bad thing, it doesn't have to make you feel like shit.
What do you like about him/her? I like most everything about my Abby. There are a few things that I don't particularly like, but nobody's perfect, so I'll either accept them, or we'll work on them together. I mean, hell, I'm no prize-catch either
