Recent updates...
Which brings up another thing on my mind. FFXI will eventually end. With all the time and effort I put into this game, to see it all just end at SE's decresion, it makes me wonder just how much time i may or may not have been wasting playing this. I mean, I played PSO into the ground back in 2000-2001, and that game died, but i dont remember how i went about putting it down for good. I have vested so much of myself into FFXI, I really dont see how I can not keep playing it.
Feed back is highly appreicated, although not really expected.
- Got an iPhone back in February, take THAT LG Vu! I don't care what I paid for it, I hate that Vu with a passion! (If I can figure a way to sell it, even for $5, I'll do it!)
- Street Fighter IV came out, and this game reminds me just why I got into fighting games wayyyyy back when I was a little tot. The sessions I've been running with people are intense and can change at the drop of a hat. I really need to buy my own stick. Someone give me $150 right quick. kthx.
- I've been working super rediculous hours at work since the middle of December. As a result, I've been slacking in the gym. What bothers me the most about work now is that since our "merger," my job hours have changed dramaticly and my overall workload has been increased as well. However, my paycheck is still the same as it was at the old warehouse and same old routes. I need a pay raise in the worst way.
Starting tommorow, I will be going back to the gym to try and get ready for the upcoming softball season.
- The other week, my brother Tom was doing an odd little tally for the few of my friends whom play MMO's. For those of you who live under rocks, MMO's are Massive Multiplayer Online games. Pretty much, he tried to figure out just how much money we have spent on our online "addcition" just for laughs. Well, for the few he did, they ranged from roughly 500-700 dollars since they started their respective accounts. Me in the other hand...lets see...I've been playing FFXI since October 2003, in that itme made 5 mules, took over 2 accounts, bought online gil about 7 times, all in all, came up to about $2000. To be quite honest, I dont know what to say about that, lol. I mean, if I can enjoy myself in one game, who fucking cares.

- Lastly, the possible idea of me going to Virginia in April. This has been something that has been asked of me to do recently when Mandy comes back for some kind of visit. Now, since I highly doubt I will be going to Otakon, and the idea of going to Cali for E3 got shut down due to Bob landing his house bid and Rauel being unemployed, this sounds like the only chance ill have to gtfo of CT for some kind of extended time. The only thing I have a problem with is overstaying my welcome. I mean, in years past in going down that way, I had a guarenteed place to stay and what not. This time around, I dont want to inconvience mandy and her mother in having to keep a place for me, especially since we arent "together" in that sense. I do want to see everybody again since it's been a number of years since we last did so, just....am i wrong to feel like this? From what I recall, she told me something about it being like the first weekend of April you guys are getting together. I'm trying to figure out somekind of plan i can come up with to take as much time off from work as possible, but I want to make the most of it, not sit around with my thumb up my ass, ya know what i mean?
