1: I had to read that a few times - Still half asleep, I read that as if you were a teenager, "one thing like, omg, has to go". That's a brain puller, and yet an easy one. I would have to go with chocolate. My nemesis for life, the one thing that's guaranteed to always put a smile on my face. Yet, the eradication of the nectar, while it would hurt forever, would be less pain than the removal of other stimuli (aural and visual) that equally hits home.

2: I try to pay close attention to my daily usage of words and phrases for exactly that reason. Around the office people regularly say any variation of "what a whipping" to denote the pain factor involved in accomplishing a task or sitting through a meeting. Too many of my friends relay conversations in which people never say anything, but they sure do emote and travel a lot: "And I was like...", "and she went...". So, I think that leaves me with the word: FUCK. I find myself uttering those lovely letters several times an hour.

3: Lane. I'm "ALL" that. (yes, those are my initials, which caused havoc on the HP-MVS system at one company). Honestly, I haven't a clue why my parents picked that. Never even thought to ask.
