Hey do you remember when I used to post those "musicals of the days" aka the musicals that i love that I will never be in or see.
Well, I was looking through my old entries and I found this:
Bat Boy: The Musical

So basically the show is a dark musical comedy. It is about a bat boy found in a cave in West Virginia and bit someone. So the Parker family decide to take in the bat boy and Meredith, the mother of the family teaches the bat boy, Edgar, how to be like a human. But the town doesn't want to be near him at all. Also, Shelley, the daughter, has become in love with Edgar. Meanwhile Dr. Parker, the husband of Meredith, wishes that his wife would love him again since she has lost interest in him because of bat boy. So at the end of Act I, Dr. Parker goes down to the hospital where Ruthie Taylor, the girl that bat boy bit, is. He kills her with an injection and tells the town it was bat boy who killed her. After that there are many twists and turns and a huge secret regarding bat boy's origin.
I picked this show because it is so funny and because it has amazing music. Some parts are a little odd and disgusting as in the song "Children, Children" where the forest god teaches Bat Boy and Shelley how to make love. But all in all it's a great musical.

So yea, anyways, I got into Bat Boy: The Musical!!!! I'm playing Ned, one of the crazy farmers. So it will be awesome. Plus, Trevor's playing the evil doctor. So yea. Awesomeness.
