(no subject)
so, i've been neglecting this blog for quite some time now.
this is probably the classic excuse that i've been working nonstop for the past 2-3 weeks or so at japan camera.
great job, i love it. but i'm longing for school to be back in.
yesterday at work i met a new first year student (and her mom) who needed to pick up a few more things before next tuesday, namely a bag and a filter for her kit lens. i introduced myself, and talked briefly about the teachers, and how they rule, and how she'll love it at Loyalist.
then later in the same day eric h and dan stopped in, because i was a douche and couldn't wake up in the morning to meet them for coffee. (which was reasonable - they were meeting at the Tim's across from the marina at 6:30 in the morning. which means i would have had to walk there, and that's a good 3-4 km. In the morning.
but they came in, lugging around three delicious decked out-pro cameras between the two of 'em. it was around 4 at that point, so i took my lunch and we barked at each other for a half hour over donairs.
all in all, that's pretty much the only real exciting thing that's happened in the last little while.

heading to kingston tonight, however.
as soon as i'm in town, i'm heading to my place, dropping off my shit, changing out of my work uniform, and b-lining it straight to the Merchant for drinks with some buds.
and top of that, i'll get to see erica, where i'll probably get half-drunk and lust over her for the remainder of the night and generally be all perv-y.
... but in a good way.
so wednesday/thursday i'll be in kingston. still don't know if i'll be leaving thursday night or friday morning. depends on how the bus system works, and if my brother doesn't want to play chauffeur and cart my ass to belleville like he did last time.
