one day while on break in kingston eric and i decided to go downtownwards for the afternoon, trying to find some places for her to take pictures on her lomo camera.
we ended up behind the parking garage across from the dieu in the wooden scaffolding they had put up, it had some neat lighting with the temp setup they had.
while she was doing her thing, i brought along my camera as well, but failed to remember to charge my batteries - i was running on empty on the one, and the other was probably a fifth partially charged.
in any regards, my find for the day was miniscule, but out of the twenty-or-so frames I shot, here's what was salvageable.
i'm pretty sure there's no other way to even know this exists unless you're in a low flying prop plane and have a good eye on you, or you get bored one day and lurk on the top of a parking garage.
i really like the look of this place for some reason. real chinatown-ish.
this is behind the grand theatre, where they're doing all the renovations
and being bored at a hockey game. you can see the mom and the dad to the left
