Okay, I watched 3 mins of Tiger & Bunny (incl. OP), and promptly realized that 1) this needs to be watched on big screen with proper sound, and not just on a measly laptop, and 2) it should probably also be watched with someone else as well, so as to be able to squee over and share the awesomeness made of win.
I knew it was gonna be awesome, pretty much every single fsking reviewer has bowed down in worship over this thing, and Acchan and Hacchan both love it to bits. So yeah, I was fairly certain of the win-factor, I JUST HADN'T EXPECTED IT TO BE SO AWESOME AS TO HAVE THE WIN OVERFLOW WITHIN 3 MINS!!!!! zomfg, I have no words. There haven't been that many awesome anime lately; I can only think of two these past few years that have been really shiny (edit: three. I forgot Natsume Yuujinchou. which incidentally has its 3. season starting up in two weeks or so, kyaa~~), and both were Crack!slice of life comedies of doom (edit: Natsume is also slice of life, but of the melancholy supernatural variant more than crack), but this is... action. *___* oh man, when did I last see a good action anime? There has been a total drought of quality action anime of late. Mostly because every fsking show has just been copying the damn anime-version-of-4-panel-manga, or the dating-sim-turned-anime, or one of the other 3-4 fads that's the base of every single show these days.
So! If you like anime; go watch Tiger & Bunny. If you like Marvel/DC/Superheroes; go watch Tiger & Bunny. If you have a pulse; GO WATCH TIGER & BUNNY!!! :D :D :D
