Book reccomendations?
So. Nothing all that exciting has happened. Recently. I appear to have recovered from my minor attack o' lice. Or lack there of. I'm not sure if I ever actually got them. It's just far too disgusting to consider further.
Bizarrely, I'm babysitting next week too. This is mostly bizarre because children and I have never gotten along. I feel that I should get used to kids in general, tho, before I, you know, get off for Switzerland.
Speaking of, Silvi (further known as MomBoss) emailed me about my visa today. They've been applying for it, and I've had to do... like nothing. But now it looks like I'm going to have to go to the nearest American embassy (is that what you call them in your home country?) to get the visa physically inserted in my passport. Which might mean that I get to go somewhere else between now and Switzerland. I also got my new passport. It's good, but the photo I had got cropped funny so it literally looks like my hair is OUT OF CONTROL. We're talking wild white girl afro here.
