Kris Allen won American Idol!!
I'm so, so happy for Kris, his wife Katy, and his entire family! Wow.... he freaking WON.
We went over to our friends Taunya and Luke's house to watch the finale, and Matt got some lovely shots of my reaction when Kris was announced as the winner.
I was so nervous for him, and then I was shocked, and then I clapped and cheered and then I cried. Yup. I actually cried. I'm shameless in my obsession.
