It's fall break YAY!
I got my absentee ballot in the mail yesterday and immediately filled it out. It felt SO GOOD to vote. I'm mailing it in tomorrow. Those of you who are off and away at school...did YOU request an absentee ballot? If not, i recommend you do so ASAP if you plan on voting. Only 11 days left til election day!
Also on the agenda for tomorrow...Lauren, Emily and I are going to student travel to look into going to either Rome (where Lauren lived for 2 years) or Cancun for Spring Break. SO EXCITING! Other than that, i'm spending every minute i can in the library this weekend. I've got an organic chem exam first thing monday morning and a calc quiz that afternoon, and i need to do super well on both. Major cramming must be done over the next 48 hours.
My halloween costume is going to be awesome! I bid on two incredibly 80s dresses on ebay. Why two, you ask? Just in case one doesn't fit me, i have a back-up. I'm going to sell them both back after halloween....they're soooo Lisa Turtle!! I've decided to go to Orlando for halloween and NOT tell my mom, that way i can do whatever i want whenever i want. I was planning on doing that whole Orlando/Tallahassee road trip thing this weekend, but my stupid orgo professor decided he'd schedule the exam for the first day back after fall break :( Perhaps some other weekend in the near future...
I have the room to myself tonight...Cristina and Jorge went to Halloween Horror Nights. I think i'll have to take advantage of this...
