haha. Right. Anywho, it's a me! Mario! Well, not quite, but you know, you know. It's been seemingly AGES since I've last updated this asshole livejournal of mine! I've mostly been whoring it up on MySpace, honestly, so, yeah. Quite a bit, and yet not much at all, has happened since my last update. For instance, my 83-fucking-percent exam in Calc!!! I ended up with a C for the third nine weeks and a C (72%!!!) for the Semester!! Never before in my life, with the exception of pre-calc of course, have I been so excited to earn a C in a course. Oy vey! Um, right....
I spent 9 days chez mon pere; at my dad's house. Um, I don't think I'm even going to get into that. I worked quite a bit, which was nice; I can't even begin to explain just how much I need the money!!! :/ Uhh....Went to Epcot with Dad, Nita, Derek, and Patrice (Derek's girlfriend) and ate at France, where I mildly conversed with the speed-talking/quite verbose francophone!! That was amusing. I, of course, watched the Beatles impersonaters at the British pavilion and I SWEAR that they recognized me, because 1)I'm fucking there every time I go to Epcot, and (2)Leo kept looking at me and I think he said something to the "Paul McCartney", because Paul waved at me and looked at me a few times! I felt special!! lol Um, I also found out that night that I was NOT accepted to UChicago. I also realized that I didn't even WANT to go to UChicago as badly as I had previously thought. I don't want to be in Chicago!! I HATE the Midwest!! I want to be up North!! Northeast, that is. I'm only applying to two more colleges (one application I've already completed, one has yet to be completed), and then perhaps UCF as a last resort!!!! If I stay in Florida, though, I know I'll just end up being so INCREDIBLY miserable, so, whatever! Sorry to bore you, chiquititas! Especially since I don't think that any of you really read this anymore. Oh, and by the way; I'm currently in my hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. If any of you care. And Happy New Year!! For those of you keeping track, it's just 5 months and 15 days away!!!! Graduation, of course.
Okay, so back to my break. The day after the Tuesday Disney adventure, Arielle and I went to Animal Kingdom/Magic Kingdom, where Ari was semi-stalked lol. And we stopped to say hey to my mommy!! lmao That was fun! We need to go to Disney Quest next time and whore up the DDR!! lol Thursday=stupid stuff. Then I worked and stuff on Friday. Oh! and to totally backtrack, the first Saturday of our break, I went to this Christmas party thingy with Ari and her family and we bowled! That was hott stuff!! lol Okay, so, yeah. Christmas/Day of Commercialized happiness/non-religious holiday anymore was interesting. I got a lot of really nice gifts, including my new camera, DVDs, gift cards up the ass, etc. My dad brought me back to my mom's house an hour late, though, which became a hellish ordeal. That day, though, my mom and I ended up being like Jews and paying for one movie, sneaking into two. I know it's amoral, but, eh. Whatever! We saw The Family Stone, Rumor Has It, and Munich. Depressing as it is, DO go see Munich!! If hot Eric Bana isn't enough to entice you, well, then just see it, assholes!! lol
Okay, so, then I worked this past Tuesday with Gino ('til 8) and Kevin (closing). It's interesting being the only girl among two crazy boys! lol But fun, nonetheless! Uhh....Then I bullshitted around....Went to IOA with Arielle and met up with some people that she knew there. MERCI MILLE FOIS AGAIN, ALEXANDRA!!! YOU'RE MY HEROINE!!! :P I HEART YOU!!! Uhh....Yeah. I packed and cleaned and shit. I also somehow, while I was cleaning and doing wash, managed to watch Girl With a Pearl Earring (FANTABULOUS MOVIE!! 2 MILLION THUMBS UP!!!), Monty Python: The Life of Brian (oh, the hilarity), and A Fish Called Wanda. Have I mentioned that I'm in love with the younger Michael Palin?? lmao Um, yeah. Friday I arrived here in New Mexico (our plane left at 6:55 am; I woke up at 4-ish am), and now I'm still here until Tuesday!! Moo! Oh, and last night I saw Brokeback Mountain (OMFG--Heath Ledger+Jake Gylenhaal+gay sex=too damn fucking hot!! lmao) and The Producers. Just one corny thing that I have to say from Brokeback Mountain (it's on the previews, so I'm not ruining anything): I wish I knew how to quit you!! LMAO!! Sorry; it's not funny. Well, yes, actually, it kind of is. Hmm...so, yeah. Heath or Jake should DEFINITELY win something for their roles as homosexuals. Oh, and Katie and all you people (including Wally): I will DEFINITELY see Brokeback Mountain again, if you guys want to see it this coming weekend!!

My New Year's Eve consisted of drinking Kahlua, playing Scrabble (travel version! lol), and watching the classic The Goonies. Hope everyone had a fantabulous New Years!!
