Jessica Chang (my future roommate) is Jesse's (from downstairs) girlfriend. So, I'm thinking, I mean, hypothetically, if we don't like her, it will be hard to get rid of her (I'm just saying!).

This may be true. However,since her boyfriend is downstairs, she might be down there more often...unless he's gonna be in our apartment more. ehhh
