This weekend was both productive and playful. Now that the Stats project and the two business competitions are out of the way, I've started revising for my 6 exams. This semester has passed by so quickly - has it really been 14 weeks since the semester started? I still remember the first weekend of Week 1 when Marcus convinced me to eat breakfast at Burger King on a Sunday morning saying, "C'mon - what will you remember more? A Sunday morning when you studied for 2 hours or when you ate breakfast in Orchard Road?"
One reason why the semester passed by so quickly was because I was extra busy: taking 6 modules when most take 5, coaching 2 secondary schools unexpectedly, searching for a summer internship and joining 2 business competitions. Ironically, I managed to spend more time with friends this semester than I did last sem. I saw Stace more often, hung out with NUS friends more, caught up with debate friends occasionally, became better friends with Marcus' friends and of course, spent more time with Marcus. I'm happy that I managed to balance work and play well this semester and hope that this carries on for the next semester.
In spite of all this, I look forward to the end of this semester. Less than a month and it's summer! I'll be doing an internship in Singapore at Pioneer Investments. Hopefully, it'll help me figure out what I really want to do out of life and where I want to go after uni.

As for how the weekend has been playful, I've become addicted to "who has the biggest superbrain", this game on Facebook. It's the best reward after finishing a chapter or a tutorial.
I also spent the entire night watching 5 episodes of Boston Legal straight. I'm surprised by how hooked Marcus and I were with episodes 2-6 of Season 3. We could not take our eyes off the screen. I'm slightly disappointed by how the show has less focus on Alan, but at the same time, I'm beginning to warm up to the new characters in the show.
I have a feeling exam revision is gonna be sprinkled with more games and Boston Legal episodes. Absolutely the best reward for a hard day of studying :)
