Life is looking way up!
So being the procrastinator that I am I went wednesday to register for my classes and found out that the classes i needed were filled up, that's OK i went to my favorite professor and he got me into the classes, i'll be taking The Record Industry, Music Publishing, Into to Music Theory and Business Management.
But that's not the coolest part.
Prof. Weiss said hat an internship opportunity with Verizon Wireless Amphitheater has been offered to Music Business majors and he was going to hand pick a few students and I was one that he had picked, so he called me with the contact number and i called on Thursday and got an interview on Friday.
So come Friday I was nervous but come time for the interview I was OK. The interview was great I was hired like half way through it. It's an internship doing promotion gigs, I even get to drive a truck to the gigs and I'll be able to go to the concert to shadow and see how concerts are put on at the venue. I'm totes excited and so are the people that hired me.
Life is really looking up.
