Fall Out Boy, cake cookies, and head banging
some of the best times i've had this past month have been with my sisters... i'm sitting next to my two year old sister bella and we're sharing a cake cookie listening to her favorite song "Sugar, we're going down" and she takes turns head banging and yelling at me to do the same and resting her head on my shoulder... you should hear her sing along... and then she says again so she can do it all over again... she gasps and the opening notes cause she knows what song it is...
it will be a year on the 20th that my grandfather died... easter was his favorite holiday... he would eat at least three dozen eggs a week to make enough cascarones to crack on easter... now i can't even bear the thought of making them myself or even breaking them at grandma's house... just to think i was making those eggs with him just one year ago... it won't be the same with out him... i haven't thought of him as much as when i was in corpus... i don't think i could bring myself to go to his grave... i've beaten my depression without drugs but with life... yet i can't help missing him.
