Alright, so I've seen a ton of interesting people around here and that got me thinking. . .

What kinds of foods did you all use to eat back home? What were your favorite dishes? And have you managed to find the ingredients here to make them?

Tea is always good to have for a drink.

A pair of actresses I knew from back home would agree with that. They're always brewing a pot even if they can't agree on what kind of tea to drink.

What's your favorite kind?

Green tea is usually pretty good but I'll drink anything as long as it doesn't have too much sugar.

That rules out soda then.

What about coffee? Do you add only a little bit of sugar in that too?

Coffee needs sugar to cover up the bad taste. What's a soda?

Ain't that the truth. I can't imagine how grown-ups can drink it all the time.

And soda is. . . [How to explain this.] . . .flavored fizzy liquid. It's really sweet though, so you might not like it.

You don't know that! Can't say anything for certainty until I try it.

Yeah, that's true. If you want to try it, I'd suggest orange soda. I think it tastes better than the colas.

Sounds like I better take Patchouli with me! I bet she's never had soda either.

And I find soda goes really good with junk foods like chips and popcorn.

What do you like to eat when you drink tea?

Tea and biscuits would be pretty obvious, wouldn't it?

I suppose, but you never know. Me neighbors always put out a bowl of ancient taffy whenever they invited me over for tea. The taffy always stuck together in one giant clump in the bowl though, so I never actually ate any.

Ew! Who the heck would eat that?!

Their dogs seem to enjoy it.
