almost there!
25 days until graduation!
i'm still here. if you're not Renee or in 483 with me, then you probably don't see me much anymore. two more weeks until class are over and 95% of my work is done! no finals thankfully just some final projects. the work just seemed to pile on these last couple days. i suppose it didn't help that i avoided work as much as possible when Chris was home. it was totally worth it though. school can wait when we only get to see each other every six months. regardless of all the crap i have to do now, it was totally worth it!
it's really nice seeing everything come together in senior design. i really hope a lot of our design sticks around throughout this project. it would be really cool to see it fly in space. i really should be getting work done now instead of writing in my LJ. but i figured i'd let everyone know i'm still alive, just insanely busy. i can't wait until graduation. i'm ready to get into the real world, move to OKC and have a real job. and have my weekends back again!
oh!!! great news!! i decided what care to get. the Mazda3S Touring, blue, moonroof, 6disk in dash cd changer, spoiler. and the dealer found on in chicago (with an autodim mirror too) and it's going to be in toledo withing the next couple days! so i'll be heading home early saturday and coming back to ann arbor with my new car! yay!! the dealer was cool, and since i worked for michigan doing research last year, the dealer gave me supplier pricing. so i pay what the dealer would pay. plus my grandpa has a $500 off a 2006 mazda. so i'm getting like $2000 off a $20,000 car. not bad at all. i'm so excited!!
