i have become the person i didn't wan't to be
i made 2 girls cry during the last rehearsal run of our show.
girl #1: techie who forgot where the Witch's castle was to go. i asked her if she remembered that we changed it. no response. so i ask her again, with more stern, and she says no. she goes off and cries.
thoughts on girl #1: i felt bad, and i couldn't look her way. i had a split second thought on how i said i would never be this way. then i sat and thought to myself, oh well....looks like it happened, lol.
girl #2: she was late for warm up's and for an entrance cause she was getting her hair done. i pulled her aside and said nicely that she could not get her hair done cause it was for the leads and not her. she would have to do it herself. so she got mad and started to get teary eyed. thought to self, tuff it up. i procede to tell her that its ok and that i am not mad at her but just am telling her it has to change. she starts to cry. so i get pissed in my mind, but tell her sorry and that its ok and that this is how it has to be.
thoughts on girl #2: i have hated her since the start. stupid 10 year old girl always tries to get her way and tries to be front and center. except she doesn't sing and looks like a doof on stage. i am glad she didn't get her way. ha ha!
