I had to put my cat to sleep today. She threw up a little on Friday, I thought it was hairballs and gave her OTC medicine. Saturday afternoon, she looked uncomfortable, so I thought she might have worms from my new crackhouse kitten, so I figured I'd get them both to the vet on Monday for deworming. By midnight, she was definitely in pain, and I ended up staying up all night long. I thought she was dead twice. So I took her in this morning, and her kidneys had completely failed.

I miss her already, and I haven't even had to go to sleep without her sleeping on my legs.
