What about snow? Yet another asinine question

During the winter months we get alot of boots. Some are fashion boots, and others are cold weather boots. All the cold weather boots are always waterproof. People will ask if they are waterproof, a fair question, I can't fault them for that. But they will almost always then as: What about snow? Unless you were home-schooled you should know that

I can, but pretty much everything we have is over $200. Minus my 30% that's still $140 kinda alot.
