The tooth is out but now I have a huge gaping hole which hasn't stopped bleeding for the last 5 and a half hours. I feel delerious, exhausted from chronic lack of sleep and I'm in excruciating pain.

I can't even eat or drink without my mouth flooding with blood. According to NHS direct it's a 'perfectly natural response'. Joy.
