For the most part. I try to pick icons that reflect my mood or what I am talking about in the entry or comment I am making...not always though.

Its kind of random. I don't have a very ordered categorization scheme. I use the keywords and a general description of the icon, so I can hopefully recognize it when I am picking icons to use from the drop down menu.

No, while I have some icons that are made by others, a majority are ones that I made. I always have to adopt some icons from every icon post I make, lol.
