a bit fuzzy on this good/bad thing
The phrase: "where did you find this guy?"
Bad: Han Solo to Luke regarding Obi-wan.
Good: random executive to my boss.
The reason for the suprise is that I transferred to the process group be an ITIL process owner from a group that's reputed to be a bunch of cowboys. Evidently my enforcing the rulings of the Advisory Board and earning the ire of a noticible amount of my division in the process is what was expected of me. Expected in the sense of 'ought to do' not 'figured he would'.
