Over 30 and losing it.

Is there some sort of time bomb in our bodies that goes off after a certain age? I never had a problem with weight in my life, other than when I was pregnant and retained water and swelled up like a giant balloon. Afterward I went back to the normal. I never had a problem getting rid of it or being in shape. Now it seems in the last year my body has hit some sort of turning point. I am gaining weight for no reason, it won't go away, and I can't even fit into things I wore just last summer. My husband says "It's your age". Great, thanks hon. I have been trying to get out more and walk, we have been trying to make a habit of roller blading / skating in the evenings every other day. Nothing is helping. I hardly eat anything as it is. What in the world is going on.... I hate being in my 30's. Can I just go back and stay in my 25 year old body?

By the way, is anyone keeping up with the "savedbythelamb" community I made for us talkative people? (hint) LOL
