I got a hold of the very nice ATT trouble ticket guy. He was really good. I’ve always had great success with the actual team who does the trouble shooting. It’s just the calls that get redirected to India that I struggle with.
He says that the line test most likely indicates that there is a problem outside the house. I guess they can tell that. =) They will be out tomorrow to fix it. Yay!
