Time for a change

After a second blood sugar wig out and general discontent, its time for a change.  Throwing out the pasta, rice and bread from the house.  I could live with that but the Frozen Strawberry Bars got to go too.  Sniffles….

I need to take control of the situation though.   For my workout, my protein intake has been dangerously low and I can see some of the physical results too.

So for my training schedule, sports and life, time to make a change.  Bye-Bye sugar.  Bye-Bye refined carbohydrates.

Bye-Bye super starches.  Wow, I already feel bitchy.

Otherwise, I’m not feeling particularly chatty and a little stingy today.  I’m best to go hibernate because its easier to be mean spirited today.
