So… That what was missing…..

I’ve been slacking off the past six weeks because I broke a bone in my foot and had a bit of a cold.  I’m fairly religious about my workout routine.   It’s a very intense training schedule.  I work very hard.  However, like I said, I’ve taken off the last several weeks, hoping my foot would heal enough to do what I needed.

Foot is sore but I can do lunges and hops now without almost crumpling.  I worked today and I feel good.  Of course I’m going to be limping tomorrow since we did so many lunges but woo-hoo!
