Five of My Strange Habits
1. Grabbing bits of plants as I walk by, and then taking them apart piece by piece. I love to do this with bleeding hearts. I take off the pink layer in two parts, each of half of the heart, and then split the white frame down the center. The yellow pollen is held between two spots of burgundy. It would be great if I knew the scientific names of these parts but that's why I'm in arts.
2. Mashing two wine gums together with my fingers into a little wine gum sandwich before I can eat them.
3. Trying bizarre make up when I should be working late at night. This has led to me wearing a layer of bronze eyeshadow over purple lipstick as some sort of space-age lip ornament. And no, I don't know what I was doing with purple lipstick either.
4. Getting school girl crushes on bizarre celebrities, and getting all giddy and jumpy when I find out things about them. "Gee, I hope nobody sees me checking out Crispin Glover's IMDB bio! Tee hee!"
5. When there's nobody else in the halls, jumping around and pretending that I'm a ballerina.
