I admit- I'm bad at updating. I go through spurts. Maybe this will be another one where I will post more. I have another major milestone- I got a new job! I had been working as a paralegal at a law firm. While the firm was great in terms of my coworkers, the work was heinous. It wasn't hard or impossible to handle, it was just boring and I felt that I could do a lot more with my college degree. So I took a job at The Advisory Board here in DC doing Marketing. I am very excited about it. Overall, I can say that I am happy with my decision not to move back to Richmond and move to DC. The one main downside is that DC is so fucking expensive. I don't live beyond my means, I just have to plan carefully what I spend. Oh well, all my friends are up here, the culture is cool, and I HAVE A NEW JOB! score. So I will start that in a few weeks.
