2nd place - update
So... I"ve been told to show up at 8:30 on Monday and expect to wait a round a lot. It seems like as long as the higher-ups sign off on it, I've got the job, so I need to be there with the rest of the FT people, but wothout anythign to do. Oh well, I'll gladly pay that price. I should have between 5-7 classes. 5 Classes is the full load for FT faculty, after that I get paid as if I were PT for each additional class. It's a lot more work, but also a decent bit of money as well. I'll do it for a semester as long as I don't have to teach Thursday nights or Saturdays.
