A few Modly Things ;)
Hi guys! Once again welcome to the challenge. We're happy to have all of you. Now I just wanted to mention a few things now that we are up and running.
First off teams have been assigned and can be found here. If you don't see yourself listed and would like to be on a team just comment here or there and we'll get you all fixed up. Thanks to all of you for participating and a special thanks to all the team mods who help make this happen. You guys rock!
Next up, I've started making the word count spreadsheet and so far we haven't received a lot of counts. Please remember if you are on a team you need to post your counts to both the springwrite daily word count posts and to your team's word count posts. If you prefer to post once a week you may post your full week count on Sundays in the form provided for week posting on that day. You can find more about word count reporting here or if you have other question feel free to ask here.
Let's see, what else? Oh, since we are just getting started we wanted to ask for your help. In previous rounds zippitgood and I have had more ties to other writing comms and have advertised the springwrite challenge. Unfortunately these things do keep us busy and we haven't had the opportunity to advertise the community as much, so if you guys know of some other writing groups that might be interested in hearing about us please, spread the word. We'd love to grow these communities so if you'd like, feel free to tell people about springwrite because as I said we are always accepting new members. :)
Anyway, that's all I can think of right now. Please remember that this is your community guys so feel free to share and comment on the writing posts to come so we can all get to know each other a little better. Also if you have anything you'd like to share, writing icons, ideas, what have you by all means we'd love to have it.
