took the kid and the veggies to grandmas place. cordelia played with some tupperware, a wooden spoon and the empty cell packs of the tomatoes and the packet of bean seeds.
we inserted into the ground:
way too many tomato plants (turns out, when you buy a cell-pack of four plants, you really get anywhere between 4 - 8 cause they put two seeds in each cell to make sure that at least one grows. usually they both do.)
peppers
way too many cucumbers (same thing happened as the tomatoes. but we have a pressure canner! pickles for christmas presents!)
broccoli
bush beans

heres something different. i decided to use cloth napkins for the wedding, so i hunted through etsy again and found a woman who specializes in doing large orders of cloth napkins for weddings, and now we have 40 napkins in the making.
