"if you're overcharged so much, do you freak out like this when you get undercharged? I mean, this must have happened at least once considering how often you appear to be getting overcharged. After all, we wouldn't want to look like a hypocrite or anything like that. I assume you let them know in your very polite way just how unimpressed you are with that and then have them change the bill to the correct amount. Because you don't lie. Ever. About anything."

I am not being a hypocrite, because NO ONE IS PAYING ME TO POINT OUT MISTAKES AND TO CHECK OVER OUR CHECK, ARE THEY? Are SERVERS TIPPING US? Then HOW can we be hypocrites if we tip based on the ORIGINAL BILL would have been and even tip HIGHER due to they didn't ring something up(mostly soft drinks more times than not on purpose to get a higher tip).

That isn't lying if you are PAYING MORE in the tip not to be inconvenienced. If they would rather fix the mistake, they can have NO TIP instead of having an over 20% tip. Which do you think most servers pick, huh? As I said, we tip MORE and based on before the discount(as long as it's decent service of course), so HOW are we hypocrites if we don't say what they either were too lazy to catch themselves or truly didn't notice? If anything, if they inconvenience OUR TIME by making us get the check fixed, then it's the SAME HELL as if it was an overcharge. It's the same GOD DAMN WAIT if I get overcharged $2 or undercharged $2. How is that part any different? It's NOT, it's the SAME EXACT HASSLE and NO WAY I would go through that even for a server that we know. We have paid more when that happened to a waitress we liked. We paid 36% tip on 2 soft drinks missing on purpose and 1 entrée of around $9 not on the bill. If we would have had to wait to get the check fixed, she would have had ZERO for her tip. We based the bill on before the discounted amount and 25% of that amount, which was 36% of the discounted bill, but 25% of the original bill. The TIME PUNISHMENT for the customer is STILL THERE making them be held HOSTAGE so they cannot LEAVE!!! Do you think someone should tip someone to do that to them? FUCK NO!! If I presented to a server that I wasn't charged for something and they took OUR TIME to fix it instead of doing it AFTER we have left as a GOOD, CARING server would do, then FUCK their tip. You punish our time, we punish your tip.
