NEVER would expect servers to memorize ANY PRICES AT ALL!! That's not something I would EVER in a million years expect that from ANY servers or anybody that works there. Even if the prices didn't change that often, I still would NEVER, EVER expect a server or bartender to know the prices by heart. That makes no sense that you would say such a thing and is really stupid if you READ MY BLOG and COMMENTS THROUGHLY!! READ NEXT TIME YOU IGNORANT, SELF-CENTERED, UNCARING BITCH! I have said this on comment at 11-03-07, which I said "I DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO “MEMORIZE” ANYTHING, just take a menu and make sure each price is correct." READ NEXT TIME BEFORE YOU POST SUCH IGNORANT COMMENTS!! We have had a bunch of price overcharges since that time, for real.

You have NO COMMON SENSE to mention this, because memorizing the prices is NOT what I EVER said I expected, nor should ANY CUSTOMER expect that from their server. This has NOTHING to do with my server finding a wrong price by doing a comparison of the check with the menu and then having their manager correct the wrong price BEFORE they hand us the check. THAT is called **EARNING YOUR TIP***, DOING YOUR JOB CORRECTLY, AND CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER'S MONEY to do that!!! So only your money counts but ours doesn't?

While it is the manager's job to update the computer prices(or CORPORATE), it is MY SERVER'S JOB that I am *PAYING* to check the computer prices if they match the menu or not. The manager is NOT the person I am PAYING to HAND US OUR CHECK CORRECTLY!!

The manager is NOT in my service and since a CUSTOMER of all people can catch this type of error, the server can, which makes it their fault unless they don't hand the customer their check.

It's the server's job to MAKE their own tip!! You have the power to READ a menu unless you are illiterate or need glasses.

Don't you realize, some managers are lazy and/or make mistakes or corporate changes prices without sending new updated menus, so YOU have to be the one to check over them considering someone is ***PAYING**** you and you aren't paying US to do YOUR FUCKING ASS JOB!!

WE don't work there, so we shouldn't be having to show you what YOU handed us incorrectly you MORON!!

I beg to differ. MOST overcharges we have encountered were extra items that we didn't order. Not to say they cannot just miss something, but sometimes it's more of a glance of skimming than an actual check for each item on the check. Also, 3 times, we have been charged wrong amounts on our credit cards BEFORE we were able to leave the tip, BEFORE leaving the restaurant. 2 of those times were confirmed the servers rung up the WRONG TABLE on our credit cards.
