Did you forget to take your meds or something? You babbling is pure insanity. Who the hell do you think you are? If I saw you sitting at a table (and you can spot your type a mile away) I would probably have fun doing things wrong just to piss you off and would rather receive no tip and never see you again then receive a 50% tip for being treated like your god damn servant. most menu's have a rediculous amount of items on it and it is freaking rediculous to expect a server to know the price of every item on the menu, let alone expect the computer to make a mistake. Take your self serving attitude and shove it up your ass...

you say you dont want us to waste our time? checking every price to the menu is ridiculous and time consuming. prices go up and down and up again by the month usually. sometimes the older menues are left around. you drank it you pay for it. we are not required to know all 300 items on the menues price. if you are that frugal stay home. can you imagine taking the time to check each and every price printed out on a check for 7 different tables some who want a gazillion seperate checks? you would be far more pissed when it took us 15 minutes to get you your check ( because by the by you are NOT the only person we are serving...we could have 2-7 other tables all wanting us right THEN.) because we were off double checking prices for 6 tables checks.

you are a joke. it is no wonder people are posting links to your blog and talking about the "biggest joke on the internet".

I don't get it WHY you feel that you only are supposed to have the food and drinks, correct as far as you can notice without touching the food or drinks, but the check, that doesn't have to be correct, huh? I would like to know WHY you think that is *NOT* a part of the service that *OUR* money is NOT **JUST AS IMPORTANT** as yours, huh???

There is no way that any server is going to take your check and compare it to the menu pricing, talk about a waste of time. I trust my mabager to do his job. And it is your job, as a consumer to protect your money. My job is to take your order and serve your food.

The customer is just sitting their hind parts at a table. They have ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to sit there and compare menu prices. Besides, the fact that everything is now online means that NOT ALL PLACES HAVE TO GO MENUS for servers to carry around in their aprons which they wouldn't be able to do anyway because they aren't for us. Lastly, if something is charged differently in the computer, there is not a damn single thing servers can do about it. Its not like I sit there and type in each price for you and I certaintly cannot go in and change the computer either. Prices change for ALL SORTS of reasons and your whole forty cents? Really? That's going to cause you to screw some poor server over something they have no control about?

If the server would find an overcharge, that is when the server would go get their MANAGER to fix the situation *******************************BEFORE********************************* it becomes the CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM. This way, when the customer gets their check, they are NOT OVERCHARGED, because the CARING server, made sure they were charging the customer correctly. Just like any other mistake the server can notice without touching food such as let's say a plate is missing a side of ranch, you ask the expeditor to correct it *BEFORE* you ( ... )

Your servers "job" is to take your order, serve your food, and bring you your check (as well as clean, bartend, make drinks ect.) No where in that do they get paid enough to care that you got charged an extra 40 cents. Lets say you go out once a week and something like this happens every other week. (Here I'm assuming that this doesn't always happen or you wouldn't keep going out). Now, it looks like you are losing a whopping $10.40 a year. Wow. Are you going to be such a cunt over $10.40 a year? Since you are wasting so much money going out once a week anyway? You could make everyone's life easier and save yourself thousands a year but just staying at home.

What good does it do to do the job, but do it WRONG IDIOT? Billing you is **PART OF THE JOB*** TO ************SERVE THE CHECK CORRECTLY******* JUST AS THE FOOD, DRINKS, ETC.

Bringing you the bill, but bring the wrong one to you? We have had that happen a number of times as well(IDIOTS)!

We also have had 5 times be billed on the wrong tables on our credit cards BEFORE filling in the tip portion. So let's say you are at table 5 as the customer, but the server swipes table 6's bill amount, then doesn't even *READ* it and serves it back to the customer with the incorrect amount charged. CAN YOU SAY IDIOT??? it's no mistake when that happens, it's pure laziness and being uncaring there. Some of them were HUGE amounts like almost $11, almost $20, another one almost $40, etc.

My server's job is to get **EVERYTHING CORRECTLY** to me they have control over. They have 100% full control over noticing a price is wrong and getting their manager to fix the issue(usually discounted on the bottom of the check or they price adjust the item itself like a coupon discount ), then SERVE the check to the customer, NOT make the customer check anything. The customer's job is to pay a tip for good service. It is *****************NOT*************** to have to check every price they are billed. They aren't getting ANY TIP for it like the server is. The customer is not getting paid to check their bill for accuracy. The server is the person getting paid a tip to get the bill correct.
