Why is everyone in such an odd mood today? First Tonks, now you... is there something I am missing, here?

And Boot did get caught hexing Ministry officials, so perhaps his stint in Azkaban was deserved.

Tell me how to avoid getting caught if one has hexed ministry officials, keeping in mind that I cannot Apparate and have never been good at memory charms, and I'll dedicate my survival next time to you.
