A/N: Silliness, I'm sure.
Reborn's reaction to Tsuna's revelation was, as usual, unexpected.
"I believe it will be good practice."
"Er, didn't you hear what I just said?" Tsuna asked, at the same time Gokudera asked: "So you're okay with it? Thanks, Reborn!"
"It's my job to make Tsuna a worthy leader of the Vongola family," Reborn said. "I'm okay with anything that helps to accomplish that goal."
"You didn't hear what I just said."
"Most mafia families are very traditional, especially in their family values. If you introduce Gokudera to them as your boyfriend, they'll likely try to kill you." Reborn seemed moderately pleased at the prospect.
"And that's good?"
"Don't you worry 'bout it, boss. Anyone gives you so much as a funny look and I'll blow them up."
"Aren't there enough people trying to kill me already?"
"You're still alive, aren't you?" Reborn gave him a look overflowing with lack of concern. "Besides, when I said they'd try to kill you, I meant both you and Gokudera."
"Hey, maybe this means I can improve my ranking and protect you at the same time." Gokudera slapped Tsuna on the shoulder. "Isn't that great?"
Tsuna winced.
"It will present an excellent opportunity for you to prove and hone your skills, and for your family to protect you regardless of their personal feelings."
"Their ... personal ... feelings?"
"He means they'll probably be jealous of me, boss."
"Bianchi is very protective of her younger brother. She may well consider you a bad influence on him and feel a certain hostility towards you."
"Can't you talk to her? You can tell her I'm not a bad influence on Gokudera at all, can't you?"
"How do I know you're not? Besides, you should be able to handle Bianchi by now."
Tsuna sighed. "Well, I guess I'd best get it over with, then. Do you have any idea where she is at the moment?"
"I believe that she is preparing dinner in the kitchen with your mother. She mentioned wanting to make you something very special, for one occasion or another."
Tsuna ran.
