Summary: Just about every parent have had to do the 2AM feeding, and our lovely couple are no exception.

Fujitaka was immediately aware of the tiny wail emitting from the nursery as soon as it reached his ears. He glanced at the clock--2:03--and sighed. He had an important lecture to attend in the morning, and he could really use the sleep.
Then, he felt the bed shift as his companion moved to get up, murmuring, "I'm coming, Sakura..."
"It's alright; I'll go check on her," He spoke up as he threw his covers off and sat up, stretching and yawning.
"Are you sure, dear? I mean, you have that lecture in the morning..."
He turned to look at his beloved wife, Nadeshiko. Even in the dark, with only faint moonlight drifting through the curtains, she seemed so beautiful with her long hair down and wearing just her typical, lace-lined nightgown. "I'll be fine, love. I've gone to important meetings after pulling all-nighters before. They don't really care about my looks so long as I am coherant and altogether. You, however, need your sleep more than I do, since you have a photo shoot in the morning. We can't have your fans worrying about a few dark circles beneath your eyes, now, can we?"
Nadeshiko giggled. "You're so sweet...but are your really sure? I mean, if Sakura really needs me--"
"I'll bring her to you; I promise." He leaned over and kissed his wife. The kiss was only brief, for the wail grew louder--and more demanding.
"You better go see what's wrong, before she wakes up her brother." Nadeshiko was already slipping back underneath the covers.
Fujitaka smiled as he rose to his feet. "Very well, dear. I'll check in on her." Silently, he added, For your sake.
