Yes. Oh, I am embarrassed by how much I liked this. ^o^;

This was a joy to read for so many reasons. I loved your take on the prompt, first off. The way you made Yuna almost fear exploring herself, then take charge and grapple with that fear head-on was wonderful. And yes, her fumbling attempt at the act was a refreshing change from similar fics I've seen, with their all-too-experienced protagonists.

All the details were really good, too. Despite showing things from a perspective I obviously have little experience with, you made that perspective relatable, and made very clear all the things Yuna was doing and feeling. Her brief fantasy of Tidus--which was just the right amount of brief, by the way--gave us some excellent images. And the background bits, like Yuna asking Lulu about sex and then running away screaming, were also a nice touch. ;)

But what I loved most about this fic is that it's so very Yuna. ^_^ Yuna may be my favorite character from this whole series, so it's no surprise for me to love a fic where she's done this well. She's at her full, FFX, pre-Tidus timidness here, but still shows traces of the spirit she has by the end of X-2. And her running mental commentary was an absolute thrill to behold. ("So...how did one go about this?" "Don't think about Wakka." XD )

This is not the first story I've liked from you, actually. All Her Subjects was a great read too, and while I didn't leave a review for it, I adored The Stubborn Little Chocobo even though I've never touched KH2. Do you have a writing journal I could Friend, perhaps, or some other way for me to keep track of your future stories? Or am I just going to have to stick to watching for your name at sk_updates? ^_~

Barring that, I'd just like to Friend you in general. Anyone who writes this well and likes Laurell K. Hamilton can't be all bad. ;) Is that ok?

Yes, I do have a writing journal, but it's not the only place (or even the most consistant place) I leave my fics. It is vast_worlds and I really should put a list of my SK fics.
